Anasazi Ruins, Hiking the Needles, Rafting the San Juan River

Join us in Canyonlands National Park (one of America's best kept secrets), located in the Four Corners area of southwestern Utah. From our base camp, we'll hike in the gorgeous Needles area in Canyonlands with it's arches, spires, mysterious canyons, and Anasazi ruins.

Our trip concludes with two days of rafting on the San Juan River, viewing impressive geological formations and visiting rock art panels, remote ruins, and even mountain sheep. Enjoy the quiet grandeur of the southwest. Balmy Indian Summer weather is typical for this time of year, and the cottonwoods will be ablaze with fall colors.

We've been guiding this trip since the 1980s and you will be treated to delicious food, a perfect camping spot, fabulous scenery, evening campfires, and great fun!
